When will you be selling your opaque CubeDoor again? |
Due to an unexpected supplier issue, we are unable at this time to offer our opaque model CubeDoor. We are in negatiations with other manufacturers, and are hopeful that we will be able to offer this popular model sometime this summer or in the early Fall.

How does the CubeDoor attach to the cubicle wall? |
The CubeDoor is secured by 2 StrapClamps TM which hook into the slot formed between the
cubicle wall and endcap. These straps are tightened to secure the CubeDoor in a secure position. You'll find a copy of our installation instructions here.

What is your shipping charge? |
The shipping charge is $4.98 for each set of 2 doors or banners, anywhere in the United States. We currently only ship within the US. For availability and pricing to other countries,
send us an email.

Do you have a solid, opaque CubeDoor? |
No, not at this time. We hope to offer our opaque CubeDoor later in the Summer or Early fall.

Do you offer custom logos or imprinting on the CubeDoor/Banner? |
Yes, we offer custom imprinting, however, logos can only be imprinted in white. There is a $50 fee for setup, and a $10 fee per door (based on
a minimum order of 10). All custom imprinted sales are final.

What size (width) doorway will the CubeDoor/Banner fit? |
The CubeDoor Classic will span openings 40" wide; the CubeBanner, 52".

Do you offer any affiliates/distributorship programs? |
Not at this time. We encourage interested parties to purchase a product to 'test-drive'. If the product meets your needs, feel free to take advantage of our liberal volume discounts. We do not offer credit at this time, and all payments would be due prior to delivery.

Do you offer purchase by Purchase Order (PO)? |
No, at this time we only accept pre-paid orders. Some exceptions apply (government agencies,

Do you accept American Express? |
Not at this time, however, as we accept PayPal, an individual's PayPal account can be tied to an
American Express card.

Do you offer any expedited (overnight) shipping? |
We currently ship all orders via FedEx Ground, with delivery time typically being 3-5 business days.
We have priced FedEx Express (overnight) delivery, and we feel it is not cost effective due to the size of our products
(Example: an expedited CubeDoor order can be in excess of $30 shipping).

What is your refund policy? |
We guarantee the quality and functionality of all our products. In the event you are not satisfied,
